United Kingdom

Minimum initial order value is £400.00 (ex VAT).

Future minimum order value:

£100.00 (excl vat) minimum order will apply for all orders containing textile items

£  80.00 (excl vat) minimum order for Boutique (jewellery/clothing/bags/scarves) - £5 carriage

£150.00 (excl vat) for Boutique (jewellery/clothing/bags/scarves) – carriage free

£250.00 (excl vat) minimum order will apply for all orders that require a pallet delivery (breakables)

Carriage Rates

• Orders worth  £600* + (excluding VAT) are delivered free of charge to the UK mainland only (except Scottish Highlands)
• Orders worth  £400 – £599 (excluding VAT) are charged 7.5% of the invoice value
• Orders below £400 (excluding VAT) are charged 12.5% of the invoice value.              
• Channel Islands – charged as above, with goods delivered to any shipper within the UK mainland only
• Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight -   P.O.A

Please note

We are only able to deliver to business addresses, Offices, Shops and Workshops. We are unable to deliver to Residential addresses. Deliveries are sent on a 24 – 96 hour service, there is a £10-00 charge for deliveries being booked in on a certain day.

A next day pallet service is available there is a surcharge for this of £10-00. 

Breakables such as mirrors/furniture/glass etc. can only be sent by pallet.

Terms

• All first orders are on a pro-forma basis, trade accounts are offered on a case by case basis, based on an ongoing trading relationship, alternative payment options may be requested.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to install credit limits or withdraw credit terms should payment history cause us to do so.
• Delivery delays can be caused by accounts being placed on hold. Where possible we will communicate this occurrence but cannot be held accountable for not doing so.
• Terms and conditions of sale can change should market costs increase/decrease

Damages and Returns

Any damages must be reported within 7 working days from invoice date. NO claim will be entered thereafter. Returns cannot be accepted without original packaging/box. Claims or disputes shall not entitle the customer to delay payment on the invoice relating to the claim. Furniture claims must be accompanied by a photo.

Payment Terms

Please note after your first order with us which is based on a Pro forma basis.  Future orders will be on a strictly 30-day terms from invoice date.
